Update Promo Code

/v1/events/:eventId/promos/:promoId/update

Changes the fields you send and leaves the rest. code and availableTo are fixed once the code is created, and sending either is rejected. On a code available to guests, quantity is ignored because it is the number of guests on the code. Add or remove those guests through the guest routes.
